Breathing Room opens its doors for a full-day gathering dedicated to embodied exploration, inner listening, and shared presence.

Breathing Room is a transformative breathwork session designed to activate expanded states of awareness through conscious, deep, and energizing breathing practices. The session is intended to facilitate access to inner guidance, intuition, creativity, emotional release, and the movement of stuck or suppressed energy in the body.

Total duration: 60 minutes

(10-minute introduction and warm-up activating breath exercises, 45-minute guided breathwork journey, 5-minute integration and sharing circle).

Breathing Room is a project by facilitator Andrea, created to make ancient healing breathing techniques accessible to everyone and sustainable as a daily practice, supported by the shared presence of its community. The project supports a deeper relationship with one’s inner guidance, as well as emotional and somatic release.

This session uses sustained, conscious breathing to intentionally stimulate the nervous system and open access to expanded states of awareness. Participants may experience heightened sensations, emotional release, vivid imagery, or deep intuitive insights.

Through rhythmic and continuous breathing, supported by a carefully curated soundscape and live facilitator guidance, the session leads participants through different phases of activation, deep inner exploration, and integration. Body-awareness cues help participants stay connected to physical sensations while allowing mental and emotional material to surface.

Inspired by contemporary breathwork approaches such as Neurodynamic, Holotropic, and somatic breathing, the practice moves from active stimulation into deeper presence, followed by a grounding phase to stabilize and integrate the experience.

What to expect:
An intense breathing journey, immersive soundscapes, guided inner exploration, possible emotional release, and a supportive space for self-inquiry and integration. This is a practice aimed at deepening awareness rather than calming the body for rest.
