The series of paintings is exploring the concept of rejection as an approval of the conceptual work itself. The canvases are painted with a simple text:

"Unaccepted by the Neue Nationalgalerie" and "Unaccepted by the Berlinische Galerie."

Each painting was placed in a wooden crate and shipped to its corresponding museum as a donation. The works were returned to the sender accompanied by formal letters of refusal from the respective institutions.

​The museums’ refusal became a form of approval of the project. The work was acknowledged, not in the traditional sense of validation, but in a deeper sense: it was seen, processed, and answered.
